Deliverable 1.1

Project Handbook

The project handbook constitutes of a set of project templates, explanations on the project management process, review process, quality checks and meeting organisation.

Deliverable 1.2

Risk Management and Quality Plan

It will show the quality thresholds and plan to evaluate the outcomes and project reports. Additionally, the risk assessment plan shows how potential risks are assessed and mitigated to avoid any negative influence on FF2020's objectives.

Deliverable 2.1

Digital Toolbox Specifications and Workflow

Evaluation of the state-of-the-art framework identifying the necessary extension of the methodology and workflow when using the FF2020 Digital Toolbox. It will include the UX design, workflow and functionality, including technical specification for the integration of the different technology frameworks. A first draft of the sustainable business model will be delivered to set the Digital Toolbox specifications.

Deliverable 2.2 - 2.5

A Digital Toolbox for Cities and Ecosystems

The main outcome is the reference architecture and MVP based on the outputs of WP3, WP4 and WP5 as well as a wireframe and testing environment of the Digital Toolbox. During the six development sprints, three deliverables will be prepared to upgrade the MVP technical and business approach in order to ensure the Digital Toolbox is a plug and play solution for cities and ecosystems.

Deliverable 3.1

A UAM Interoperability Governance Model

This deliverable includes the architecture and the first MVP to be integrated into the regulatory and technology frameworks as well as the Digital Toolbox.

Deliverable 3.2 - 3.4

A UAM Legal, Organisational, Semantic, Technical Interoperability Governance Framework

New releases of the governance model based on the inputs from the first Living Labs, including interoperability and the UAM identity scheme based on IDoT.

Deliverable 4.1

Regulatory Framework MVP

An overview of existing regulation will be provided, along with liability rules. An initial MVP will be delivered and integrated into WP3 and WP5.

Deliverable 4.2 - 4.4

Semantic Ontology

A semantic network will be delivered and integrated into the governance and geospatial infrastructure frameworks. It consists of nodes representing words or short phrases of natural language and labelled relationships between them. Semantic pattern matching recognition will be used to combine these concepts into meaningful entities.

Deliverable 4.5 - 4.7

Interpretation Framework

A geospatial contract will be drawn up to allow expressing the regulation and ontology in a machine-interpretable and machine-executable format.

Deliverable 5.1

Digital Geospatial Infrastructure Requirements

Conduct discovery interview of/with stakeholders to understand user personas, user stories and KPIs. Audit existing systems, services, data schemas and physical locations. Document technical and legal requirements for each Living Lab.

Deliverable 5.2 - 5.5

Digital Geospatial Infrastructure MVP

Write research and development as well as integration activities description. Create adaptors (API integration and data mapping) with core platforms and services required to demonstrate a minimum viable product is aligned with the regulatory and governance framework. The updated of the deliverable will have the validation compliance in a controlled environment with a variety of real drones under various simulated conditions.

Deliverable 6.1

Specification of the UAM Demonstrators

A combined report will be written on the specification of the Living Lab. A detailed description will be given on each demonstrator, its functions, area and way of application, components used and its boundary conditions.

Deliverable 6.2 - 6.5

System Under Test Requirements and Certification

A combined report on demonstrators’ requirements will be written. This report will define two different kinds of requirements. On one side, functional requirements on the system under test will be defined. On the other side, non-functional requirements on the test system will be defined.

Deliverable 6.2 - 6.6

Evaluation and Regulatory Assessment Results

A report on the results of the executed justification plan will be written. This deliverable states whether the FF2020 objectives are reached. Additionally, an evaluation of the final tools and components will be executed where all demonstrators will be tested against the applicable regulatory framework.

Deliverable 7.1

Web Presence, Press and Periodic Update

This deliverable will provide publicly available project information in a press kit (including introduction to the project, objectives, consortium, expected results and market application). The updates on D7 [3-5] will include digital, physical material and messages.

Deliverable 7.2

Data Management Plan (DMP)

The DMP will provide an analysis of the main elements of the data management policy that will be used by the applications. It concerns all the datasets that will be generated by the project. The DMP is not a fixed document, but evolves (if necessary) during the lifespan of the project, according to the guidelines on data management.

Deliverable 7.3 - 7.5

Report on Exploitation, Standardisation, Dissemination and Communication in period 1, period 2, and Final Report

This deliverable will report on the exploitation and dissemination activities that will be undertaken to accelerate the industrial take-up of FF2020 technologies and the supporting actions, such as standardisation and training activities.

Deliverable 7.6

Training Strategy and Plan

The deliverable will identify the target audience, the training modules to be developed, the associated planning and scheduling of training development, and quality control and reporting of initial courses.

Deliverable 7.7

Training Materials

This delivery will contain the final version of all course content for each training module that will be defined within T7.3, ranging from basic level introductory materials to low-level technical modules aimed at drone engineers.
