BURDI: BeNe U-space Reference Design Implementation

Description

BURDI is funded by SESAR 3 JU under the European Union’s Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) programme. The project aims to implement a full reliable, sustainable and safe solution for UAS integration in a U-space airspace and Urban Air Mobility context via U-space airspaces implementation. UAS operations will contribute to this transportation network enabling usage of the most suitable transport mode from safety, economic and environmental perspective. By this way, the project will contribute to developing a smart, sustainable, decarbonised, interoperable, safe and secure mobility enhancing social and economic cohesion.
