USEPE: U-space Separation in Europe

Description

USEPE is funded by the SESAR 3 JU under the EU's Horizon 2020 programme. It aims at exploring potential separation methods to ensure the safety of drone operations in urban environments, with a particular focus on densely populated areas. USEPE will propose, develop and evaluate a concept of operations and a set of enabling technologies to ensure the safe separation of drones (from each other and from manned aviation).
