Arthur lives for creating (go to market) strategies, coalitions and networks of experts and executives and, in doing so, creates the stories (branding) that can be shared with society, companies and governments. He has worked for several local and national governments, was project lead for World Bank projects and has a long history of helping the European Commission and the Netherlands on subjects like digital identity, personal data management and data portability. Either as the one building the necessary networks/coalitions, creating strategies/work plans or as an expert on specific topics. He is able to quickly shift between strategies, political context and practical actions. Arthur doesn’t shy away from leading a team of highly specialized professionals. His trademark is being hands-on, making sure the quality standards are surpassed and having some fun with the people involved while doing so.
