Flying Forward 2020 organises together with AiRMOUR and AURORA the workshop 'Navigating the Opportunities & Obstacles in UAM'.

On 14 December 2022, these three EU-funded projects will join forces to present the findings of their first use cases from a practical perspective and to interact with various stakeholders from the Urban Air Mobility ecosystem to find solutions for current UAM challenges and new opportunities.

Before diving into each use case, the importance of drone use cases and living labs as a test bed for emerging technology before their application in cities will be presented.

The workshop will also showcase each project's challenges and how they overcame them. With these insights and participants' perspectives, we aim to identify new opportunities from challenges in UAM. By discussing our practical experience with stakeholders, we aim to contribute to the knowledge expansion of the required infrastructure for the implementation of Urban Air Mobility in Europe.
